pk1997 Terms & Conditions —
Your Complete User Agreement

For the purposes of these Terms, the following defined terms shall carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2.1 Minimum Age. Access to the pk1997 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of registration. This is a firm and non-negotiable eligibility requirement. The Company maintains the right to request documentary proof of age at any point and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the registered user is found, or reasonably suspected, to be under the age of 21. Any funds held in such an Account at the time of closure shall be handled in accordance with the Company's age verification and regulatory obligations.

2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) Account on the pk1997 Platform. The operation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different identities, mobile numbers, device identifiers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of all Balances therein, subject to the Company's discretion regarding the return of net deposited funds.

2.3 Accurate Information. You represent and warrant that all information provided during and after the registration process — including your name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and payment details — is true, accurate, current, and complete. You undertake to update your Account information promptly in the event of any change. pk1997 reserves the right to verify any and all registration information at any time and to suspend Account access pending verification.

2.4 Jurisdictional Eligibility. By registering, you represent and warrant that your access to and use of the pk1997 Platform does not violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction of residence. You are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in your location. The Company makes no representation regarding the legality of its services in any particular jurisdiction outside the scope of its operating licence.

2.5 Self-Exclusion. Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from pk1997 or from any other licensed gambling platform are not permitted to register or maintain an Account. Any Account created in circumvention of a self-exclusion order will be closed immediately, and all Bonus Funds and winnings accrued during the excluded period will be forfeited.

3.1 Security of Login Credentials. You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pk1997 login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not disclose your password to any third party under any circumstances. pk1997 will never contact you to request your password through any channel.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify pk1997 immediately via Live Chat or the support email address ([email protected]) upon becoming aware, or suspecting, that your Account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorised access to your Account has occurred. The Company will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to report suspected unauthorised access promptly.

3.3 Personal Use Only. Your pk1997 Account is strictly for your own personal use and entertainment. You are prohibited from allowing any third party to access or use your Account, from using your Account on behalf of any third party, or from transferring, selling, or assigning your Account or any funds therein to another person.

3.4 Account Suspension and Closure. pk1997 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account without prior notice in circumstances including, but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete identity verification; suspected money laundering or misuse of the Platform; or regulatory direction. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the Player, net deposited funds will be returned subject to the Company's standard processing timelines.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pk1997 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Meezan Bank, and 1LINK. All transactions are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Company reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount at pk1997 is Rs 100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard Accounts; however, enhanced due diligence procedures may apply to deposits exceeding specified regulatory thresholds, and the Company reserves the right to request supporting documentation for large deposits.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and any applicable responsible gaming checks. Standard withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within sixty (60) minutes of approval during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days. The Company reserves the right to request identity documents before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Own Funds Requirement. You may only deposit and play with funds that belong to you personally and that have been acquired through lawful means. Deposits made using funds derived from criminal activity, including money laundering, are strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities.

4.5 Payment Method Matching. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. The Company reserves the right to require additional verification where a withdrawal to a different method is requested.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available by pk1997 are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, eligible game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal caps that are communicated at the point of offer. These Terms constitute the overarching framework; individual bonus terms supplement and, where they conflict, take precedence over these general Terms in respect of that specific promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them may not be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been satisfied in full. The Wagering Requirement is the cumulative total of eligible bets that must be placed, expressed as a multiple of the Bonus Fund amount or, where specified, the combined deposit and bonus amount. Bets placed on certain game types may contribute differently to, or be excluded from, Wagering Requirement calculations — the applicable contribution rates will be specified in the individual bonus terms.

5.3 One Bonus Per Player. Only one bonus of any given type may be active in a Player's Account at any one time, unless the specific promotional terms expressly state otherwise. Players may not hold simultaneous welcome bonuses, and may not claim multiple accounts to obtain multiple first-deposit bonuses.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. pk1997 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim Bonus Funds and associated winnings in cases of suspected bonus abuse, including: use of low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal variance; collusion between accounts; exploitation of system errors; registration of multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; or any other conduct that the Company reasonably determines to constitute misuse of promotional offers.

5.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers. pk1997 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time, including in respect of Players who have already opted into that promotion, subject to reasonable notice. The Company will not modify the core terms of an active promotion to the material disadvantage of a Player who has already begun satisfying the associated Wagering Requirement, except where required by regulatory direction.

6.1 Acceptance of Bets. pk1997 reserves the right to accept, refuse, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where: odds or lines have been displayed in error; where the Company reasonably suspects that a bet has been placed using inside information or as part of a coordinated match-fixing scheme; or where system errors have caused incorrect odds to be published. Bets placed on outcomes that are materially affected by the publication of incorrect odds may be settled at the corrected price or voided.

6.2 Maximum Bet Limits. Maximum bet limits apply to all markets across the pk1997 sportsbook. Limits vary by sport, market type, event significance, and Account tier. pk1997 reserves the right to apply individual bet limits to specific Accounts where warranted by risk management considerations.

6.3 Settlement of Bets. All bets are settled on the basis of the official result of the relevant event as determined by the applicable governing body. Where no official result is available within a period defined in the sport-specific rules applicable at the time of the bet, the Company's decision on settlement shall be final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution procedure in Section 12.

6.4 Bet Cancellation Policy. Once confirmed by the Platform, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. The Company may cancel a bet in circumstances set out in Section 6.1. Settled bets that have paid out correctly may not be reopened for review absent demonstrable manifest error.

7.1 RNG Certification. All pk1997 Casino and slot games that use a random number generator are certified by an independent testing laboratory. The certification covers the statistical fairness and unpredictability of game outcomes. Current RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all slot titles are available in each game's information panel within the Platform.

7.2 Live Casino Rules. Live casino games are governed by both these Terms and the specific rules of each game as explained by the live dealer or displayed in the game interface. In the event of a conflict between the in-game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the conflict relates to a matter of pure game procedure, in which case the game-specific rules shall apply.

7.3 Technical Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during any casino game, bets placed in a round that cannot be completed will be voided and the wager returned to the Player's Balance. Any round that has fully resolved prior to the technical issue will stand. The Company will not be liable for disruptions caused by factors beyond its reasonable control.

7.4 Minimum & Maximum Stakes. Game-specific minimum and maximum stake limits apply across all pk1997 Casino products. These are displayed within the game interface before any bet is placed. Standard tables accept bets from Rs 50, with VIP and high-roller variants offering higher limits as specified within the live casino lobby.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk1997 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

9.1 Commitment. pk1997 is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and transparent gaming environment. We recognise that gambling can become a problem for a minority of players, and we take our obligation to provide harm minimisation tools seriously. Every pk1997 Account comes pre-configured with access to the full suite of Responsible Gaming Tools described in this Section.

9.2 Self-Imposed Limits. Players may set the following voluntary restrictions on their Account at any time via the Account settings panel, without the need to contact customer support: (a) daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits; (b) daily, weekly, or monthly net loss limits; (c) session time reminder notifications; and (d) maximum single-session duration limits. Decreases to limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase limits are subject to a mandatory twenty-four (24) hour cooling-off period.

9.3 Cooling-Off Period. Players may request a temporary cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, during which no bets may be placed and no deposits may be made. Existing Balances remain accessible for withdrawal during a cooling-off period. A cooling-off period cannot be reversed once it has been activated.

9.4 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the pk1997 Platform may do so by contacting our support team via Live Chat or email. Self-exclusion is permanent and irrevocable. Any Account opened in circumvention of a self-exclusion will be closed immediately and any Bonus Funds and winnings will be forfeited. Net deposited funds will be returned subject to verification.

9.5 Age Verification. pk1997 maintains strict age verification processes and will suspend any Account where there is a reasonable suspicion that the registered user is under the age of 21. Any winnings accrued by an underage player may be forfeited. Access by minors is strictly prohibited.

9.6 Support Resources. 10.1 Ownership. All content on the pk1997 Platform — including but not limited to the pk1997 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, data feeds, written content, graphics, and audiovisual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of pk1997 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 Restricted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No content may be reproduced, distributed, sold, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of pk1997.

10.3 Feedback. Any suggestions, feedback, or ideas provided by you to pk1997 regarding the Platform may be used by the Company without restriction, compensation, or attribution to you.

11.1 Platform Availability. pk1997 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, free from errors, or free from interruption. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, and events beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk1997 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of anticipated savings, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, even where the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.3 Cap on Direct Liability. The Company's total aggregate liability to you for any direct loss or damage arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Force Majeure. pk1997 shall not be in breach of these Terms or liable for delay or failure to perform its obligations where such failure is caused by events outside the Company's reasonable control, including acts of God, government action, telecommunications failure, or civil unrest.

12.1 Internal Complaints Process. If you have a complaint about any aspect of your pk1997 experience, you should first contact our customer support team via Live Chat or at [email protected]. Please provide your Account mobile number, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting evidence. The Company will acknowledge all complaints within forty-eight (48) hours and endeavour to resolve them within fourteen (14) calendar days.

12.2 Escalation. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to the independent dispute resolution body designated under pk1997's operating licence. Contact details for the applicable alternative dispute resolution body are available from the Company's customer support team upon request.

12.3 Decision on Bet Settlement. The Company's decision on all matters relating to bet settlement shall be final and binding, subject only to the escalation procedure in Section 12.2 and any applicable regulatory review mechanism.

13.1 Right to Amend. pk1997 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be notified to registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account, and/or by prominent notice on the Platform, no fewer than seven (7) calendar days before the amendments take effect, except where regulatory requirements or urgent circumstances necessitate immediate implementation.

13.2 Continued Use. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request the withdrawal of your Account Balance before the effective date of the amendment.

14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk1997 holds its international gaming licence. Nothing in these Terms shall limit your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence to the extent that those rights cannot be excluded or limited by contract.

14.2 If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision shall, to that extent, be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
